Warranty

Higdon Writing Instruments are created to last for many years with proper care. We provide a warranty that covers workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase. If you do have a problem, please contact us directly with your date and place of purchase and the problem you are having and we will be happy to take care of it for you. For the best service possible, we also ask you to register your pen online at www.higdonpens.com.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

If you have a question or an issue that is not covered by warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your pen to let us know the issue and we will decide on your individual case whether an exchange is possible. We will not exchange merchandise that has been damaged due to improper care. Due to the uniqueness of each writing instrument and the fact that they are not stocked, but made to order, there will be no returns or refunds on any merchandise, and no exchanges on monogrammed merchandise. It is our goal to provide you with your custom instrument of choice, and we will do our best to service your needs.
