Pen Style Specifications

Attaché Ballpoint             The Attaché Ballpoint is the one of the smallest writing instrument style we offer.  Utilizing a twist style mechanism, its streamlined design is popular for men and women who prefer a more compact pen.  We offer this style in either a rhodium or gold finish. Both finishes have titanium black accents.  Like all of our pens, the wood components are lathe turned and hand finished with a very durable and long lasting finish. Each pen is engraved with the Higdon H and an edition number for authenticity.  Its length is 5-3/16” inches and thickest diameter is ½” inches*.

Director Ballpoint             The Director Ballpoint is our standard sized writing instrument. Utilizing a twist style mechanism, it has a nice weight and feel, making the art of writing a pleasure. This style is offered in a rhodium finish with gold accents and like all of our pens, the wood components are lathe turned and hand finished with a very durable and long lasting finish. Each pen is engraved with the Higdon H and an edition number for authenticity.  Its length is 5-1/2” inches and thickest diameter is 9/16” inches*.

Director Rollerball            The Director Rollerball is our standard sized writing instrument.  Akin to the Director Ballpoint, The Director Rollerball differs in that it has a two-piece design with a twist off postable cap and uses rollerball ink. It has a nice weight and feel and is the perfect everyday accessory for the business person.  This style is offered in a rhodium finish with gold accents or a gold finish with black accents. Like all of our pens, the wood components are lathe turned and hand finished with a very durable and long lasting finish. Each pen is engraved with the Higdon H and an edition number for authenticity.   Its length closed is 5-1/8” and open without the cap is 4-3/4”.  The diameter of the cap is 9/16” and the diameter of the body is ½”*. 

Director Fountain             The Director Fountain is our standard sized writing instrument.  It is a two- piece design with a twist off postable cap and utilizes a fountain nib.   It comes standard with a rhodium plated medium steel #5 nib and can use either fountain pen cartridges or a supplied ink pump for use with bottled ink.  We also offer an 18k solid gold fountain nib.  The Director Fountain has a nice weight and feel and with the prestige of any fine fountain pen, is a stunning accessory for any occasion.  This style is offered in a rhodium finish with gold accents or a gold finish with black accents and like all of our pens the wood components are lathe turned and hand finished with a very durable and long lasting finish.  Each pen is engraved with the Higdon H and an edition number for authenticity. Chairman Rollerball         The Chairman Rollerball is our largest writing instrument. It is a two- piece design with a twist off cap. (Note: the cap does not post).  This is a true collector’s pen, showcasing the grain of the wood better than smaller styles due to the quantity of wood used to create this pen.  This style is offered in a rhodium finish with either gold or black titanium colored accents. Like all of our pens, the wood components are lathe turned and hand finished with a very durable and long lasting finish. Each pen is engraved with the Higdon H as well as numbered with an edition number for authenticity. Its length closed is 5-7/8” and open without the cap is 5-1/4”.  The diameter of the cap is 3/4” and the diameter of the body is 5/8”*.

Chairman Fountain          The Chairman Fountain is our largest writing instrument.  Using a fountain pen nib, it is a two -piece design with a twist off cap.
